This leadership role is responsible for directing and managing the Automation and Controls department, ensuring the successful implementation of high-impact automation projects across multiple manufacturing lines and locations. The ideal candidate will provide technical guidance across engineering disciplines, collaborate on cross-functional projects (including remote sites), and continuously identify and integrate emerging technologies to improve productivity and process reliability.This position requires strong technical expertise, team leadership, and a passion for innovation in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Note: This position is available only under Mexican payroll.
