Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Flex Aguascalientes. This role will be in charge of communicating with customers and dealing with customer inquiries. Responsibilities Appropriately utilize system applications and resources to accurately and effectively provide comprehensive, high‑quality services for all customer needs. Handle enquiries, resolve customer problems and complaints with care and efficiency, and ensure one‑call resolution. Maintain customer service standards during high‑pressure situations such as increased call volume, fewer resources or demanding customers. Interpret customer needs, recognize symptoms, causes and solutions. Identify situations in which the customer requires further explanation or training and provide an effective solution as needed. Demonstrate clear speaking and writing skills in English, minimizing jargon to best ensure customer comprehension. Track relevant metrics and drive action items based on results (KPIs). Coordinate Orderboard, RMA, CMA, AR, OTD, Sales and Export Process. Ensure SOX controls compliance and validate prices, incoterms, terms of payment and agreements. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics area for shipments following customer‑requested shipping instructions, understanding incoterms and import records. Follow up and coordinate the different operational areas involved in the planning of production and delivery of finished goods for a project, exceeding client expectations. Monitor customer demand, receive purchase orders and coordinate with material and production control for the manufacture of requested models with priority for the customer. Apply knowledge of EDI, CTO, BTO, BTF, Bilateral and Triangular invoicing processes. Create CMF, MRF and PQR and involve in CFT, operations and customer meetings. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) or equivalent work experience. Five years’ experience in a Customer Service‑related position.
