What You’ll Do Our Client is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in property management, specifically in working with property owners. The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude and be ready to lead, identify process gaps, and manage the initial property owner experience. Your Core Responsibilities Oversee client onboarding processes for property owners. Manage the first 100 days experience for new clients. Hold team members accountable, including property managers, leasing agents, and bookkeepers. 3–5 years of experience in real estate, particularly in roles involving direct interaction with property owners. Clear and professional English communication skills for client calls. Proven leadership skills and ability to identify and address process improvements. Experience with property management software such as Buildium. Familiarity with no-code automation tools is a plus. Proactive and ready to lead. Strong accountability and team management skills. Experience with LeadSimple is beneficial, but candidates should demonstrate in-depth usage. Buildium for property management tasks.
