Overview SSD Configurations and Technology Manager Jr. to support technical configuration and system implementation for the Sub Same Day (SSD) delivery program. Responsibilities Configure and support system configuration and maintenance. Design solutions and integrate inventory within the SSD network. Assist in the technical implementation of new SSD warehouse launches and system integrations. Design solutions for incorporating new inventory types in the SSD network based on regulatory compliance requirements. Configure last‑mile routing for SSD. Execute technical tasks across platforms. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Implement approved system configurations and changes in TMS/WMS platforms. Partner with Operations, Transportation, Compliance, and Technology teams to support system implementations. Adhere to SOPs for system configurations and maintain proper documentation. Impact & Success Metrics Accuracy and timeliness of configuration implementations. Quality of documentation and adherence to SOPs. Successful completion of assigned configuration tasks. Compliance adherence in inventory integration solutions. Routing system performance and delivery efficiency improvements. Responsiveness to system issues and support requests. Collaboration effectiveness with cross‑functional teams. Preferred Qualifications Experience with warehouse or transportation management systems. Familiarity with last‑mile delivery operations, routing systems, or delivery optimization. Understanding of inventory management and supply chain information flows. Experience with compliance‑driven system configurations. Basic SQL or data analysis skills. Experience working in fast‑paced operational environments. Speak, write, and read fluently in English. Basic Qualifications High school diploma. Work a rotating, flexible schedule, including nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays, and be able to work 40 hours/week with overtime as required. Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
