Date: May 7, 2026 Company: Joysonsafety Job Function: Indirect Location: Apodaca, NL, MX Country/Region: MX Requisition ID: 2719 Key Responsibilities Packaging Design & Development: Design structural packaging solutions (plastic, corrugate, and returnable packaging) using CAD tools, ensuring product protection and space optimization for automotive components. Returnable Packaging & Logistics Management: Manage returnable assets (bins, racks) and material flow to ensure availability and continuity of production operations. Validation & Testing: Conduct and/or coordinate packaging validation tests (vibration, impact, environmental conditions) to guarantee product integrity throughout transportation and storage. Cross‑functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Engineering, Logistics, and suppliers to develop cost‑effective and scalable packaging solutions. Compliance & OEM Standards: Ensure compliance with packaging, labeling, and OEM customer requirements and standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost reduction, design optimization, and logistics efficiency within the supply chain. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Packaging, Logistics Engineering, or related field. Experience: Previous experience in automotive packaging, manufacturing, or production logistics environments.
