If you’re self‑motivated, people‑focused, and driven by measurable results, this role is a great fit. Responsibilities Outbound lead generation to introduce Pilot and qualify opportunities. Scheduling and confirming discovery calls with property owners. Following up with warm and previous leads to nurture relationships. Outreach to brokers and referral partners to expand our network. Maintaining accurate CRM records and submitting brief daily activity reports. Qualifications Experience in outbound calling, lead generation, or inside sales. Strong communication and listening skills. Familiarity with CRM systems or willingness to learn. Confidence handling objections with empathy. A self‑starter mindset that values accountability and consistency. Senior Level and Employment Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time. Location Mexico City Metropolitan Area.
