Descripción del puesto Responsible for implementing and ensuring the deployment of the TEOA (Tyco Electronics Operating Advantage) business system within the assigned business unit. This role promotes a Lean culture and continuous improvement to achieve Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Cost objectives through waste elimination. Key Responsibilities Implement and sustain the TEOA system through the annual deployment plan. Facilitate and lead Kaizen events and Lean transformation projects. Develop Value Stream Mapping to identify improvement opportunities. Drive efficiency and productivity projects impacting cost (TEBIT). Establish continuous flow processes and reduce waste. Manage Lean programs such as 5S, LPA, Kaizen Idea Program, and recognition initiatives. Ensure the effective use of visual management tools (Andon, Kanban, Tier boards, Kamishibai, Kaizen wall). Train and coach employees on Lean methodologies (Standard Work, SMED, TPM, 5S, Kanban). Track and follow up on strategic transformation initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Purchasing, and Finance. Lead and develop interns or assigned team members in continuous improvement practices. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in similar roles. Manufacturing experience (aerospace or medical preferred). Technical Skills Lean Manufacturing (advanced). Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Kaizen and continuous improvement projects. Project management skills. Data analysis and statistics. SAP/MRP knowledge (preferred). Lean tools (5S, SMED, TPM, Kanban). Problem-solving methodologies (8D). Microsoft Office proficiency. Languages Advanced English required.
