Role Responsibilities Performance Analysis & Strategy Development Analyze vendor performance data to identify improvement opportunities Design and optimize vendor operational models and business strategies Develop effective courier acquisition strategies and operational plans Data Monitoring & Quality Assurance Monitor real-time vendor performance metrics across different regions Implement early warning systems to maintain delivery quality standards Ensure consistent service experience through proactive data oversight Operational Support & Issue Resolution Provide timely solutions for vendor operational challenges Track and manage vendor accounts receivable and payment status Facilitate smooth communication between vendors and internal teams Vendor Growth & Business Development Support vendor capacity building and performance improvement Help vendors achieve business targets and operational excellence Drive vendor success through continuous guidance and partnership Role Qualifications Operations Management or related field 2+ years experience in operations, vendor management, or data analysis Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Fluent in English and local language if applicable EEO Statement We create customer value – We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
