In a year, you’ll have transformed your supplier base into a high‑performing, resilient network that has successfully navigated product relocations and capacity shifts, all while hitting rigorous KPI targets for availability, quality, and margin improvement. What You'll Do: Build & Scale the Network: Identify, qualify, and onboard high‑performing upholstery suppliers to build a resilient and competitive global supply base. Master the Negotiation: Drive price negotiations for new and existing products using deep BOM analysis and market data to protect margins and realize cost‑out opportunities. Own the Relationship: Act as the primary bridge between suppliers and internal teams (Engineering, Logistics, Quality), ensuring clear communication and aligned priorities. Lead Product Initiatives: Manage the end‑to‑end execution of product developments and relocations using a disciplined project‑management approach.
