Overview Strada is a global people, payroll, and technology leader simplifying workforce management. The Change Management Senior Consultant leads and supports complex change initiatives to drive business value for clients. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute project plan activities and deliverables to meet objectives, deadlines, budgets, and resource planning. Independently lead the delivery of in-scope activities for small to medium-sized client engagements while partnering with senior team members for large-scale engagements. Perform foundational analysis and develop change management and strategic communication strategies and plans, including development of communication materials. Build credible relationships with client partners, including C-level stakeholders, and internal colleagues such as team members, project leaders, PMO, functional and technical resources. Advise and support clients on how to navigate change and communicate strategically within broader transformation initiatives. Ensure the client team understands and implements leading-practice change-management approaches to attain key business outcomes. Contribute to needs analysis and solution design for client engagements and pricing change services accordingly. Identify and pursue additional change-management revenue opportunities. Identify improvement opportunities for the team’s methodology and practices. Contribute and participate as a team member, engaging in community discussions, continual learning, and supporting other consultants. Requirements Proven experience in change management, communications, and/or HR & finance transformation. Previous experience as a consultant in organizational transformation projects. Experience developing and implementing change-management and communication strategies. Ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of change-management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, or similar). Fluent English (mandatory), both written and spoken, with confidence in interacting with international clients.
