Job Description Mission of the Role: Acts as a key member of the local management team, representing Human Resources in the development and execution of business strategy and operational objectives to achieve location and business goals. Delivers effective HR operations and solutions to line and senior management by partnering closely with HR colleagues across Centers of Expertise and Service Centers. Serves as a strategic integrator by localizing global HR strategies and globalizing local business needs in collaboration with country, BU, divisional, and corporate HR stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage Strategic Workforce Planning, HR planning, and HR controlling activities, including KPI scorecards and headcount structures, and derive appropriate actions (e.g., recruiting, retention, and development measures). Participate in HR reviews and audits, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and improvement actions. Steer, advise, and communicate organizational change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee engagement. Drive the local implementation of corporate HR initiatives, including culture development, diversity, and engagement programs. Ensure consistent application and alignment of HR processes, policies, and resources within the area of responsibility. Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal governance standards. Monitor labor market trends and proactively develop and implement appropriate HR measures to support business sustainability and competitiveness. Enable training, development, and succession planning initiatives to build and maintain a strong and sustainable talent pipeline. Represent the organization in the local community and labor environment, including interactions with employee representatives, committees, unions, and legal authorities on HR-related matters. Lead and develop the local HR organization by setting vision and strategy, managing budgets, allocating resources, and building strong internal and global HR networks. Act as both a business partner and an employee advocate, maintaining an appropriate balance between organizational goals and employee interests. Qualifications Education / Certification Academic degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional Experience Broad business and HR experience gained through multiple HR roles across different functions or environments. Several years of hands‑on professional experience in Human Resources. Minimum of 2 years of experience in at least one of the following contexts: Cross‑divisional or cross‑functional role External company experience International assignment Corporate or Shared Service Center (SSC) environment Shop‑floor or operational environment Project and/or Process Experience Proven experience leading strategic HR projects, including responsibility for budgets and cost management. Demonstrated resilience and persistence, evidenced by successful management of complex change initiatives. Solid experience across core HR processes, such as staffing, organizational development, and workforce planning. Strong knowledge of relevant local legal and regulatory frameworks (e.g., labor law, tax, contracts). In‑depth understanding of organizational structures, functions, interfaces, culture, internal networks, and decision‑making dynamics, as well as key processes and tools (e.g., Project and Change Management methodologies) that drive organizational effectiveness. Leadership Experience Minimum of 5 years of people leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence effectively within a matrix organization, including influencing without direct authority. Intercultural / International Experience Demonstrated experience working with international teams on HR‑related topics, with strong intercultural awareness. Spanish is mandatory; professional proficiency in English is required.
