Territory Sales Manager – Mexicali, Baja California, Mexico The role focuses on achieving sales targets in a specific region, promoting the Ansell brand, and monitoring markets and customers. Responsibilities Achieve the annual sales budget assigned for the territory. Maximize resources and produce results per the Regional Sales Manager’s direction, including a six‑month review of performance. Build close relationships with distributors, managing distribution, training, and technical support. Define plant coverage and adjust distribution network, proposing new distributors or discontinuing under‑performing ones. Monitor competition activities and provide feedback to the company. Identify market opportunities and risks and report findings. Provide training to the sales team on new products, regulations, and Ansell GUARDIAN procedures. Update Salesforce system daily/weekly and prepare GUARDIAN presentations. Direct technical processes for large projects and penetrate assigned markets. Understand company products and services through training and maintain customer satisfaction. Administer product mix, new product rollouts, and brand positioning. Collaborate with Marketing and Procurement on forecasts and market information. Support end users with technical solutions and training. Participate in workshops, trade shows, and exhibitions. Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards, including PPE usage. Engage in training programs and cross‑functional projects as needed. Qualifications Graduated Higher Education in Business Administration, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering. Knowledge of Industrial Health, Safety, and Environment. Experience in risk assessment and training. Minimum of 4 years as a Territory or Account Manager with Salesforce experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel. Basic financial mathematics skills. Intermediate English (written and spoken). Risk Assessment and Prevention / Hazmat emergency management education. Willingness to travel within assigned territory by land; international travel for conferences and training as required.
