For more information, visit metalsa.com Compensation Specialist We are seeking a highly analytical and detail‑oriented Compensation Specialist to support global compensation programs across multiple regions, including North America and Latin America. The role will be responsible for job evaluations, compensation benchmarking, variable compensation calculations, global mobility support, and maintaining compensation structures aligned with market practices within the automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors. Key Responsibilities Lead job evaluation and position classification processes across global operations. Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity. Support the administration and calculation of short‑term and long‑term incentive programs (STI/LTI). Develop compensation recommendations for new hires, promotions, transfers, and organizational changes. Support global mobility and expatriate compensation programs. Partner with HR and business leaders to provide data‑driven compensation guidance and recommendations. Maintain salary structures, compensation data, and reporting tools. Ensure compensation practices align with company policies, market trends, and business objectives. Provide analytical insights to support compensation‑related decision‑making across multiple regions. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Compensation Analysis roles. Experience within the automotive, metal‑mechanical, manufacturing, or industrial sectors. Experience working in global or multinational manufacturing organizations. Strong expertise in job evaluation and compensation benchmarking methodologies. Experience supporting compensation programs in both Mexico and the United States. Experience administering and calculating variable compensation programs (STI/LTI). Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, modeling, and data analysis.
