Reports to: Marketing & Sales Manager Your Role And Responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support the Sales organization in driving sales and services for Low Voltage solutions. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency through technical product knowledge, customer presentations, and commercial support. The work model for the role is: #L-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Smart Power & Distribution Solutions business in Mexico. Main stakeholders are Sales teams in Mexico and regional teams across Latin America. You Will Be Mainly Accountable For Implementing the product marketing strategy in the assigned area/segment, including defining and communicating product value propositions and product positioning in accordance with the global product marketing strategy. Achieving product marketing targets and budgets by overseeing progress regularly and defining and implementing improvement plans as needed. Focusing on achievement of orders and driving continuous improvement in the Net Promoter Score (NPS). Executing annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant division and/or product groups. Developing business plans focused on driving business development for a defined market. You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and high-performing regional team, working closely with peers in Brazil while leading the product specialist activities for Mexico with a high level of autonomy and ownership. Qualifications For The Role Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Automation Engineering. Candidates must provide official documentation certifying completion of their degree (e.g., degree certificate, professional license, or official graduation letter). You are highly skilled in Low Voltage (LV) electrical distribution solutions and the Smart Power market. Ability to demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in technical-commercial roles related to Low Voltage switchboards, electrical distribution, or industrial electrical solutions. Proven experience supporting Sales teams through technical presentations, customer engagement, and product positioning. Possess advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, SAP, and AutoCAD (viewing and reviewing electrical drawings). You are proactive, accountable, autonomous, and comfortable working with remote leadership and regional collaboration. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently in a highly visible market-facing role. You are at ease communicating in advanced English. Availability to travel up to 75% domestically and internationally. Valid passport and travel documentation required.
