Job Overview The IT supervisor will be entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing the daily operations of the IT department at our HPS facilities. The role will encompass ensuring seamless functioning of systems, networks, and communications, providing robust technical support to users, and maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Additionally, the role will play a pivotal role in providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our team of helpdesk technicians. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within an IT department, with a focus on operations management and technical support. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non‑technical people. Experience sourcing and working with external vendors and consultants. Knowledge of enterprise data networks, concepts, and technologies including routers/switches, firewalls, servers, storage, wi‑fi, and network cabling. Knowledge and experience with a broad range of systems and technologies including:Networking & cybersecurity (Solarwinds, Cisco Umbrella, Cisco Endpoint Security) MDM applications (Workspace One, Soti) Cloud & virtualized environments (M365, Azure, VMware) Ability to create and maintain accurate and easy‑to‑follow technical documentation.
