Responsibilities Issue and complete Quotations, Follow Up Strategic Quotes with customers until competition. Maintain customer-specific information in applicable databases. Maintain price administration for various systems and databases. Maintain control of negative and positive margins. Maintain proper control of credit notes and invoices. Follow up information entry for other areas (CCF, or others). Prepare key account reports if required by the client. Improve team effectiveness by providing information and management support. Provide support for credit and collections. Enter and monitor sample requests. Prepare Business Reviews in coordination with the Account Manager. Coordinate and calculate reimbursements for clients. Process PPAPs, if necessary, for assigned accounts. Develop skills in managing POs and/or forecasts, according to the company's needs. Manage clients with integrated SA+SP functions. Qualifications Some college coursework completed. Related work experience, including customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate proficiency in communication and effective collaboration. Data management, analytical, business administration skills, adaptable, and ability to consistently handle changing conditions. Facilitation skills to work with and among individuals from a wide variety of cultural backgrounds. Time management, problem-solving, active listening skills, self-starter, taking initiative, and being proactive. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in international business, Administration, or related field. Knowledge of the electronics Industry. Fluent English. Intermediate - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience using Client Relationship Management (CRM) software. Interpretation and management of KPIs.
