These roles are essential to delivering accurate, high‑quality designs and engineering validation for nationwide fiber expansion initiatives. Detailed Job Description As an OSP Designer or OSP Engineer, you will contribute to end-to-end fiber planning, design, and engineering activities for major U.S.-based FTTH programs. You will work remotely with international teams, creating high-level and low-level designs, validating constructability, supporting permitting processes, and ensuring network accuracy through GIS and CAD tools. Candidates must demonstrate strong technical expertise in OSP fiber design and engineering, a deep understanding of U.S. construction standards, and the ability to produce and review detailed network documentation. These roles offer the opportunity to work on high-impact fiber network expansion projects while collaborating with multicultural engineering teams.
