Overview We’re Hiring: Trade Compliance Manager Location: Monterrey/Tijuana Employment Type: Full-time Looking for a Trade Compliance Manager to lead and oversee import/export compliance activities across Mexico and LATAM. This role will ensure compliance with customs regulations, IMMEX/PROSEC programs, trade laws, export controls, and broker management while partnering with cross-functional teams to support efficient global operations. Key Responsibilities Lead regional trade compliance activities for Mexico & LATAM Manage customs brokers and import/export operations Ensure compliance with IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT/IEPS, Annex 24 & 31 Oversee tariff classification, valuation, origin, and export controls Support audits, compliance programs, and risk mitigation initiatives Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, and Finance teams Qualifications 5-8 years of experience in Trade Compliance Strong knowledge of Customs regulations, IMMEX/PROSEC, and broker management Experience with export controls and compliance audits Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related field Fluent in English #J-18808-Ljbffr
