About the Role We are looking for a skilled Mobile Device Management (MDM) Specialist to join our growing IT Security team. This role is critical in managing and securing enterprise mobile environments, ensuring compliance, and delivering seamless device experiences across the organization. Deploy, configure, and maintain MDM solutions (Microsoft Intune, JAMF) Manage device enrollment, provisioning, and lifecycle Enforce compliance and security baselines Security & Compliance Implement mobile security controls (encryption, remote wipe, app restrictions) Monitor device compliance and remediate risks Ensure adherence to enterprise security frameworks and policies Manage mobile app distribution, updates, and configurations Control permissions and ensure secure app usage Generate reports on device inventory, compliance, and incidents Provide actionable insights on security posture Assist users with device enrollment and configuration Troubleshoot MDM-related issues and escalate when necessary Partner with IT Security, Network, and Helpdesk teams Support audits, compliance reviews, and regulatory requirements Must-Have Skills Strong experience with Microsoft Intune and/or JAMF Hands-on expertise with iOS & Android platforms Solid understanding of Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) Knowledge of security frameworks & compliance standards Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM) (SSO, MFA) Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Experience in regulated environments (finance, healthcare, etc.) Certifications such as: Other MDM / Security certifications Basic knowledge of networking and IT infrastructure integration Experience supporting audits and compliance processes #J-18808-Ljbffr
