Position Summary Responsible for attracting and recruiting the talent required to cover critical and strategic vacancies, ensuring agile, digital, and culturally aligned processes. The role is evolving toward a more analytical and consultative level, integrating automation, artificial intelligence, and data analytics to improve hiring quality, reduce Time to Fill, and strengthen the candidate experience and support for processes with the USA and Mexico. Preferred Education, Skills and Experience 2+ years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Advanced English (coordination Mexico–USA). Knowledge of recruitment sources 5.0 (Boolean, X-Ray, OSINT(Open Source Intelligence)). Experience in initial, in-depth, and competency‑based interviews (BEI (Behavioral Event Interview), STAR+R). Essential Job Functions (include, but not limited to) Post and manage internal and external vacancies through digital platforms and advanced ATS. Conduct interviews and candidate selection with technical, cultural, and strategic criteria. Apply psychometric tests and coordinate technical evaluations when required. Coordinate with medical and safety services to ensure compliance with IATF, ISO, and Occupational Health standards. Confirm candidate acceptance and coordinate onboarding. Integrate digital personnel files and ensure documentation traceability. Promote and ensure understanding of Shape’s culture and values in every attraction process. Provide guidance and support to new employees during onboarding. Act as an internal consultant for leaders on attraction, turnover, and talent risk issues. Design preventive talent strategies to address market scarcity. Implement dashboards and executive reports for TA KPIs.
