Responsibilities: Visit customers as scheduled and complete visit records. Establish clear communication channels with customers and deliver customer information promptly to internal teams. Prepare materials for quality meetings as required by customers. Communicate quality improvement activities to customers, organize and address customer complaints. Achieve quality objectives and assurance agreements with customers, and organize their implementation. Coordinate the return process of after-sales parts with customers. Conduct analysis according to the \"After-sales return part analysis process\" and complete summary reports on time. Ensure customer claims, invoices, and return documentation are clear and accurate. Monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures. Respond to customer complaints within 24 hours and maintain good communication and relationships. Qualifications: At least 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry. Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and strong communication skills. Mastery of the five main quality tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, FMEA). Familiarity with IATF16949 quality system standards.
