The ideal candidate is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA/CP) with strong manufacturing finance experience, deep understanding of standard costing and inventory processes, and experience supporting ERP implementations and CPM/reporting systems. Key Responsibilities Support month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Assist with preparation and review of financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and company policies. Oversee and analyze: Standard costing, Inventory valuation, PPV/MUV analysis, Cost roll processes, Manufacturing variances, Inventory reconciliations and cycle counts. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Coordinate and support internal and external audits, including audit requests, reconciliations, supporting documentation, and communication with auditors. Partner closely with operations, supply chain, and plant leadership teams to support business decisions and improve financial performance. Develop and improve financial processes, reporting tools, and operational KPIs. Qualifications Certified Public Accountant (CPA/CP) required. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of: Cost accounting, Standard costing, Inventory management and controls, Financial reporting, US GAAP,taxes and compliance, Audit support and coordination Advanced Excel skills required. Bilingual English/Spanish.
