Overview We are looking for a business senior associate to support our Partners on managing high‑profile investors, providing them with an outstanding client experience. This role will allow you to develop an understanding in a variety of areas across private markets investments, and specially venture capital. You will work and interact with different groups such as legal, compliance, operations and finance teams. In addition to working with our partners, there will be special projects where we encourage our associate to stretch their thinking and explore different and better ways to expand our capital formation business. This can include but is not limited to modeling for new business opportunities, new market segment research, new partnerships with institutional investors and other exciting game‑changing projects. Responsibilities Contribute to the development of a client‑first, data‑driven and result‑oriented Integra Capital Formation Division. Play a key role in keeping our fundraising activities organized and on track. Create and provide a flawlessly executed experience across every touchpoint for our investors. Support us in managing and developing existing investors, while working on initiatives to bring in new investors to the firm. Challenge us and bring new perspectives and ideas that will help us expand our footprint and our impact. Plan investor roadshows, including coordinating participation and preparation of investor profiles, agendas, bios, key issues and any additional research and briefing documentation required in advance of meetings. Coordinate the firm’s quarterly and annual reports, including drafting key messages and materials. Support the development of existing and potential investors and oversee event‑related details (live and virtual) to enable takeaways, connections and networking opportunities. Curate and analyze data with respect to markets, trends, companies, benchmarks, etc. Represent the firm in events, forums and networking initiatives. Support the diligence, operations and platform teams regarding the firm’s investor matters. Help with the creation of business presentations and marketing materials (blog posts, presentations, etc.). Conduct strategic analysis through financial, structural and business risk analysis to support transactions and client presentations. Requirements Alternative Investment Knowledge. Wealth management, banking or investor relationships experience. 5+ years of work experience, ideally in client support, strategy, biz ops or industry analyst roles. Experience at a startup, technology company or investment fund. Fluent in Spanish, English. Optional Portuguese. Nice‑to‑haves (and/or) Excellent communication skills (verbal, email, & presentation).
