Qualifications Engineering degree: Electrical, Electromechanical, Mechanical, Civil, Architecture, or similar. At least 8 years of experience in facilities management and maintenance plans. 5 years of experience coordinating directly an Engineering team. Advanced English skills. Leadership, Proactiveness, Honesty, Integrity, Problem-solving, and Decision-making. Strong knowledge of:STPS Regulations (experience and knowledge). Team Management (experience and knowledge). Facilities Maintenance (experience and knowledge). ISO/OHSAS compliance (experience and knowledge).
