Descripción Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for mid to senior-level finance positions across a variety of industries. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent, market insights and hiring strategies. Identify, qualify and engage high-caliber finance professionals through multiple sourcing channels and market mapping. Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, present shortlists and manage interview and offer processes through to successful placement. Drive business development activities by expanding existing accounts and identifying new business opportunities within the Finance market. Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure a high-quality experience for both clients and candidates. Work closely with the Senior Director and broader Finance team to contribute to the growth and performance of the Monterrey office. Consistently meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets in a high-performance environment. Perfil buscado Proven experience as a Senior Consultant or similar role within recruitment, professional services, B2B sales or a highly commercial environment. Strong understanding of the Finance market, with the ability to engage credibly with senior-level clients and candidates. Demonstrated track record of managing end-to-end processes and consistently delivering against commercial targets. Highly consultative mindset, with excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills. Resilient, driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, performance-oriented.
