About The Role As a Specialist, Talent Acquisition (Temporary, 1‑Year), you will drive end‑to‑end recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, build talent pipelines, provide an excellent candidate experience, and support business growth across multiple functions. Key Responsibilities Manage full‑cycle recruitment processes, from intake meetings to offer stage Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies Sourcing and attracting candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other channels Screen and interview candidates, ensuring alignment with role requirements and company culture Coordinate interviews and ensure a seamless candidate experience Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Share market insights, talent mapping, and benchmarking information with stakeholders Drive timely follow‑up with hiring teams and candidates to keep the process efficient Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns Ensure compliance with internal processes and recruitment policies Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting Experience managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes Strong stakeholder management and communication skills Advanced English proficiency Experience using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn, ATS platforms, etc. Nice to Have Experience recruiting for manufacturing or technical roles Knowledge of talent market mapping and sourcing strategies Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment Employer branding or campus recruitment exposure Benefits Health insurance with comprehensive coverage Professional development opportunities to drive career growth Carrier is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
