This person will be the hands‑on technical lead and primary decision‑maker across architecture, infrastructure, data modeling, and integrations. The work includes migrating an analytics tool from desktop to a modern web platform, including ingestion pipelines for email and mobile data, and evolving a document review tool into a standalone application integrated with a third‑party platform through APIs. You'll also establish the engineering foundation from scratch, including CI/CD, testing, deployment, and security, while partnering closely with Product and building and mentoring the engineering team.
