Join to apply for the Onboarding Analyst | Early life cycle role at Hotmart Overview Our Go-to-Market team, based across LATAM, is looking for a client-focused and goal-driven individual to help new clients successfully integrate and flourish on the Hotmart platform. As an Onboarder/Customer Success Consultant , you will play a vital role in ensuring new clients are set up for success, guiding them through the onboarding process, and helping them increase their initial sales before handing them off to the Customer Success (CS) team for ongoing support. Your efforts will significantly contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and overall growth of Hotmart's market presence in the region. Responsibilities Client Onboarding and Integration: Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of the Hotmart platform; assist clients with setting up their products, sales funnels, and promotional campaigns; provide guidance on platform features to drive early success. Sales Performance Boosting: Work with clients to identify opportunities to increase sales in the initial stages; analyze performance data to provide actionable insights and campaign optimization suggestions; proactively monitor and support clients to address barriers to early sales success. Client Engagement and Retention: Build strong relationships with clients during onboarding; encourage early platform adoption and highlight success stories to motivate clients; transition clients to the Customer Success team at key onboarding milestones. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align onboarding activities with business objectives; provide feedback to Product and BI teams to improve the onboarding experience; assist in developing onboarding best practices and training materials. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a client onboarding role, Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing position. Experience in a sales-driven environment, preferably within digital products or tech. Fluent in Spanish, with advanced conversational English (B2+). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with new clients. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proactive attitude, willing to take initiative and provide solutions to client challenges. Based in LATAM with a hybrid working model. Why Hotmart?
