Technical Business Analyst – Securities Platforms (Beta) What are we looking for? Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst within financial services, brokerage, or clearing environments. Domain Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of the securities trade lifecycle (order entry, execution, positions, balances, and tax). Platform Expertise: Direct experience working with Beta (BetaNXT) or comparable clearing/back-office platforms. Technical Skills: Proven experience writing detailed requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for API-driven systems. Tools: Familiarity with Azure DevOps for backlog, defect, and release management. Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. What do we expect from you? Subject Matter Expertise: Act as the SME for securities processing across Beta-integrated platforms, ensuring requirements align with clearing operations and regulatory expectations. Backlog Management: Elicit requirements from stakeholders and author clear user stories and functional specifications in Azure DevOps. API Collaboration: Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver securities-related APIs (trading, accounts, balances, market data). Integration Support: Validate data mappings and payloads between Beta, internal platforms, and third-party vendors. Quality Assurance: Support UAT, regression testing, and defect triage to ensure delivered functionality meets requirements.
