Location Cabo Del Sol, Baja California Sur, Mexico – Cabo's Golden Corridor Responsibilities As a Server Assistant, you will serve as the main support to servers, providing food and beverage service to guests in a high‑luxury environment, guiding them in the outlet concept and products, and striving for complete guest satisfaction. Assist servers by setting up, replenishing, and clearing tables. Provide knowledge of menu items, spirits, cocktails and wines. Maintain high service standards and uphold safety and hygiene guidelines. Follow the established service sequence and anticipate guest needs. Collaborate with teammates and attend training programs. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in ultra‑luxury hotels. Knowledge of high service standards, spirits, cocktails and wines. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in English. Proactive, multitasks effectively under pressure. Demonstrated ability to work with a high volume of business. Availability to work scheduled hours. Training & Expectations Attend and absorb training provided by Four Seasons. Comply with annual learning modules. Know internal safety protocols and state liquor regulations. Be knowledgeable of F&B menus, ingredients, preparation and allergens. Ensure proper setup of service areas before, during and after service period. Promote teamwork and recognize guests.
