Job Purpose Develop, execute, and validate performance and reliability tests for products and components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements within the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute validation and reliability tests. Analyze results and generate technical reports. Validate compliance with automotive specifications and standards. Follow up on failures and perform root cause analysis. Coordinate internal and external testing activities with laboratories or customers. Participate in product launches and engineering changes. Develop testing documentation and procedures. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams for product improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, mechatronics, electronics, industrial engineering, or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in validation, laboratory testing, or reliability within the automotive or manufacturing industry. Proficient English language skills. Currently authorized to work full‑time in the country where the position is based. Technical Knowledge Validation and reliability testing. Failure analysis and problem‑solving. Interpretation of technical standards and specifications. Operation of testing equipment and instruments. Core tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA). Data analysis and technical report preparation. Automotive quality systems (IATF 16949).
