Aditi Consulting Reimagine your reality Summary: We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Web Frontend Developer to build and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performing user interfaces. This role is key to delivering seamless user experiences, collaborating closely with design and backend teams, and contributing to scalable frontend architecture. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using modern frontend technologies Translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable, and maintainable code Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to deliver new features Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness Write clean, well-documented, and testable code following best practices Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the frontend architecture Required Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in frontend development Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Hands-on experience with modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue Experience integrating REST APIs and working with asynchronous data Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility Familiarity with version control systems like Git Preferred Qualifications: Experience with TypeScript Knowledge of state management libraries (Redux, Context API, etc.) Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, etc.) Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and user experience Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks Must Have Skill: JavaScript, React (or similar framework), HTML, CSS, REST API integration JOIN US!
