As a Senior Customer Experience Specialist here at Honeywell, you will serve as the primary customer contact for your assigned portfolio of accounts and ensure all customer needs and expectations are met. You will report directly to our Sr Cust Exp Supervisor and you’ll work out of our San Luis Potosi location on a On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and operational efficiency by managing complex customer inquiries, coordinating with multiple departments to resolve issues, and driving continuous improvement in customer care processes. Responsibilities Analyze errors in case of non-fulfillment of performance indicators using specific methods (RCA / Corrective action) and implement action plans to avoid recurrence Take inbound calls Issue and analyze complex reporting requests as needed Act as project manager to ensure implementation of process improvement projects Ensure operational activities comply with globally agreed processes and quality standards Manage end-to-end customer onboarding and operational training for new team members, including digital onboarding Perform regular backlog management activities to address customer requirements versus past due, blocked, incomplete orders and invoices, including system updates to reflect all order changes Qualifications YOU MUST HAVE 1+ years customer service experience Customer Support and/or equivalent experience in Call Center Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience working in a customer-facing role Knowledge of ERP systems Availability to work on weekends WE VALUE Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of principles and best practices in customer service Good team and communication skills Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction Ability to learn quickly Experience with SAP, Customer Portals, Oracle, Excel, integrated reporting systems About Us Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
