Position Objective Support the execution and follow-up of strategic projects and key processes within the Talent area, contributing to talent planning and attraction initiatives. Responsibilities Monitor compliance with the area’s key performance indicators. Provide guidance to HR teams on the use of platforms such as OCC, Computrabajo, Psycostock, and British Council. Manage payments to vendors related to talent attraction and planning. Develop materials and resources for the area’s processes. Coordinate and follow up on the department’s training activities. Education / Majors Communication, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration. Leadership & Management Competencies Accountability, learning agility, organization and execution, effective communication. Technical Skills Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (basic to intermediate), Canva, SAP (preferred). English Level B2 (intermediate to advanced).
