Responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for fall protection products and services, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and supplier performance. Works closely with cross-functional teams to support operational and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sourcing strategies for fall protection equipment and services. Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery targets. Lead negotiations, contracts, and cost‑saving initiatives. Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement. Collaborate with engineering, EHS, and operations teams to meet safety and compliance standards. Support new product introductions and supplier transitions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field. 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
