Constant consider ways of process improvements in order to optimize its function and to best support department objectives.**What a typical day looks like:*** Operate across Program Management, production planning, and materials planning* Customer service, act as the key liaison to customers handling customer order and demand fulfillment (from predict demand to order payment)* Oversee end-to-end order management processes, including order entry, validation, production scheduling, and delivery coordination* Ensure accuracy of order details (quantity, pricing, specifications) and compliance with contractual terms* Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies (e.g., delays, shortages), and ensure on-time delivery to clients* Customer escalation channel, handle shortages escalations, customer communications and supply allocation base on different customers’ demands* Manage delivery precisions (OTD, Delivery LT) for global supply sites to sustain good customer delivery experiences* Manage and coordinate shipment instructions to forwarders/ forwarder in-house staff.* Customer sample management* Report FPM Revenue projection for global supply sites* Support customer RMA handling* Inside sales coordination* Overall responsibility to the processes within the Order & Delivery.* Lead and coordinate work in the function according to department requirements and guidelines.* Continuously improve and develop processes within the function.* Manage, coach and motivate teams to achieve business goals* Other tasks assigned by Director of Sales Operation and Planning.**The experience we’re looking to add to our team:*** University degree or equivalent from technical or business area* Good knowledge and experience in Customer Service, Order Management or Program Management, preferably in the electronics industry,* Operate effectively across **Program Management, Production Planning, and Materials Planning**, ensuring alignment between functions and overall execution.* Demonstrate **end-to-end ownership** of planning activities, beyond a single functional focus (not limited to materials planning).* Ability to manage and balance **cross-functional priorities** in a dynamic operational environment.* Knowledge of international trade & VMI is preferred* Fluent in English and Spanish, both in writing and speaking.* Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication skills* Good communication and negotiation skills* ·Good knowledge of process and procedure**Here are a few examples of what you’ll get for the great work you provide:*** Pantry vouchers* Saving Fund* Christmas bonus* Holiday bonus* Medical Insurance* Life InsuranceHS115#J-18808-Ljbffr
