Position Summary The candidate is responsible for leading, planning, managing, and owning the performance of the warehouse workforce on all activities of receiving, storage/putaway, work order kitting, inter‑site shipments, external warehouses, inventory accuracy (both quantity and storage location), and finished goods shipments, ensuring they are executed effectively and efficiently. Essential Responsibilities Lead, plan, manage, and own the operations and performance of warehouse workforce. Continuous improvement of warehouse processes, inventory management (accuracy), and warehouse tools/systems to enhance workforce efficiency. Facilitate cross‑function and inter‑site communications and collaboration. Apply problem‑solving capability. Ensure the warehouse workforce executes timely receiving transactions (physically and electronically), puts away accurately, supplies work order material kits to production on time, and prepares and ships outbound shipments on schedule. Drive talent retention and development. Oversee warehouse operations’ performance indicators (KPIs). Monitor, control, and escalating daily and weekly warehouse inventory value. Collaborate daily with Planning & Purchasing Departments to monitor and control incoming inventory. Present monthly forecasts on workforce and storage space analyses to align with business needs. Travel may be required. Other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time. Work Environment Primarily works in a manufacturing, shipping & warehousing environment that is noisy and fast‑paced. Long days and personal time sacrifice are norms. Skills Ability to present ideas in a structured and persuasive manner, both orally and in writing. Capability to respond quickly, decisively, assertively, and professionally to changing requirements. Ability to manage and lead a team of 60–100 material handlers. Ability to organize, schedule, coordinate, negotiate effectively, and set priorities to ensure maximum performance and goal accomplishment. Proficient experience with the SAP warehouse module. Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of demand‑based manufacturing systems. Strong leadership to drive warehouse workforce to achieve desired performance excellence and to initiate problem‑solving forums with cross‑function and inter‑site peers and leaders. Multi‑tasking capability. Ability to motivate the workforce to enhance morale. Proactiveness to engage and effectively resolve conflict situations and employee disciplinary and performance issues. Experience 5–7 years of warehouse supervisory experience. Experience with proper handling of static‑sensitive material preferred. Experience in MRP system, WMS and SAP is mandatory. Education BS in Business Administration, Production/Operations Management (or closely related field) or equivalent combination of experience and education. APICS CPIM certification will be an added advantage. Six‑Sigma Green Belt certification will be an added advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
