We’re hiring a Senior Oracle Consultant (Bilingual: English & Spanish) If you have deep experience delivering Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud projects — and you thrive in global delivery environments — this role is for you. What You’ll Do Lead and deliver Oracle R12 and Cloud (SaaS) projects across Finance, SCM, or Manufacturing Manage remote/offshore teams in India and ensure smooth collaboration across time zones Partner directly with client leadership in Mexico City , providing clear communication and project governance Drive requirements, testing cycles, cutover planning, and production support Ensure quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment across global teams What We’re Looking For 7–10+ years with Oracle EBS R12 (12.1 → 12.2 upgrade experience is a plus) 3–5+ years with Oracle Cloud implementations Strong cross‑functional understanding (Finance, SCM, Manufacturing) Proven ability to manage offshore teams and multi‑country delivery Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish Experience working with Mexico‑based stakeholders Location Remote with collaboration across U.S., Mexico City, and India.
