Descripción Provide HR process guidance and support for the LATAM HR team. Manage policies, procedures, severance processing, and HR policy interpretation. Ensure HR practices comply with local labor regulations (including NOM‑035 in Mexico). Partner with the HR Business Partner, engagement, and employee experience initiatives. Serve as a key contact for day‑to‑day HR inquiries and elevate employee relations matters when needed. Maintain confidential digital employee records with accuracy and compliance. Process payroll and benefits for countries such as Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina. Support onboarding and offboarding activities. Participate in assigned HR projects to enhance overall departmental efficiency. Perfil buscado Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3+ years of administrative experience in a corporate environment. 1-2+ years of payroll experience. Strong organization, communication, customer focus, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. High attention to confidentiality and accuracy.
