We are currently looking for a strategic, results-driven leader to join our team as Regional Operations Manager This position will be responsible for leading the destination’s overall operation, overseeing both Sales and Airport Services teams, ensuring operational excellence, commercial performance, and an outstanding customer experience. The role combines team leadership, business analysis, operational management, and strategic decision-making within a dynamic, service-oriented environment. Main Responsibilities Lead and oversee all destination operations, including product, sales, and airport services. Ensure product competitiveness and compliance with service quality standards. Drive commercial performance to achieve or exceed revenue and profitability targets. Manage airport operations, ensuring efficient processes and an exceptional customer experience. Monitor operational and commercial KPIs. Analyze business performance and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Implement strategies that strengthen the destination’s market position and performance. Lead, develop, and motivate multidisciplinary teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Promote continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and customer-centricity across all areas under responsibility. Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field. Proven experience leading operations within tourism, hospitality, DMC, or service-oriented environments. Experience managing large and multidisciplinary teams. Strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving business objectives. Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. Knowledge of the Puerto Vallarta tourism market is a plus. Advanced English is mandatory. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Experience DMC operations, inbound tourism, or tourism services. Commercial management and product development. Leadership of sales and operational teams. Budget management and financial KPI monitoring. Implementation of continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
