BYD Mexico is seeking an Aftersales Process Audit Analyst to ensure the effective implementation, compliance, and continuous improvement of aftersales processes across our dealer network. This role will be responsible for auditing service operations, identifying process gaps, ensuring adherence to corporate standards, and driving operational excellence . The position plays a critical role in enhancing customer satisfaction, service quality, and dealer performance. Key Responsibilities Process Auditing & Compliance Conduct regular audits of aftersales operations across dealerships and authorized service centers. Evaluate compliance with BYD aftersales policies, procedures, and service standards . Identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in service processes and documentation. Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans. Dealer Performance Monitoring Track and analyze key aftersales KPIs, such as: Service process compliance Repair quality and turnaround time Warranty claim accuracy Customer satisfaction (CSI) Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of audit findings. Process Improvement Support the optimization of aftersales processes through: Process mapping Performance analysis Continuous improvement initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to standardize best practices across the network. Stakeholder Coordination Act as a liaison between headquarters, regional teams, and dealers. Work cross-functionally with Quality, Technical Support, Warranty, Training, and Customer Experience teams . Support training initiatives to improve dealer compliance and operational capabilities. Reporting & Documentation Maintain audit documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping. Provide regular reports and insights to management on audit results and improvement areas. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Automotive, Industrial, or related) Advanced English proficiency MAXIMUM 3 years of experience in: Aftersales operations, Service process and quality control within the dealer network experience is a must Aftersales service processes At BYD Mexico, we promote equal employment opportunities and respect for diversity.
