You will analyze client needs and develop strategies to optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness. Within our Workforce Consulting practice, you will focus on HR transformation and technology, assessing HR processes, policies, and systems to provide guidance on HR transformation, technology implementation, and service delivery models.
