We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Finance Operations team as a Americas Financial Close Analyst (Contingent Worker) . This position will support the Americas Financial Close team in executing key Month-End Close (MEC), compliance, reporting, and finance support activities. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in regional finance operations within a multinational environment. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced English proficiency, and solid technical capabilities in Excel and Power BI. Key Responsibilities Support Month-End Close (MEC) activities for the Americas region Assist with journal entries, allocations, reconciliations, and recurring close tasks Support SOX compliance activities, including control execution and evidence preparation Assist internal and external audit processes and requests Handle finance-related tickets and user inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution Create, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, controls, and procedures Collaborate with cross-functional finance teams to support operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives Support data validation and reporting accuracy across assigned activities Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field 0–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Shared Services, Audit, or related areas Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Power BI dashboards and reporting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Month-End Close processes Exposure to SOX controls, audit support, or compliance activities Experience working in multinational or shared services environments Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
