Responsibilities Tracking of KPI´s Secure adequate resources in the team for the accomplishment of the maintenance plan Respond efficiently to changes in maintenance activities Make sure the machine maintenance area complies with established safety, quality, and cost Participate in daily meetings Participate in PPS analysis and its tracking Participate in all kinds of activities related to LEAN assigned by manager Support audit processes Support supervisor in 5’s corrective actions and findings of Safety GLS Aid supervisor in corrective actions of the audit process and external claims Be accountable for additional tasks assigned by manager Manage maintenance activities if leader is not in premises Report any kind of incident occurred in LOM immediately to the responsible authorities (e.g., immediate supervisor, EHS area, etc.) Follow established guidelines according to the policies for safety, health, environment and quality within the LEGO Group Actively participate in activities related to safety, health, environment and quality in the plant (e.g., training, drills, programs, etc.) Report immediately to the leader of the area any irregularity detected in the maintenance during the performed processes (stop, call, wait) Guide technicians ensuring the right distribution of daily activities Give support with stop‑machine issues when technicians require more skilled opinion Understand end‑to‑end of a maintenance department and detect opportunities in maintenance and drive claims with the responsible area Maintain contact with global and local molding teams and play a collaborative, productive role with a holistic view on machine maintenance network or platforms Requirements Engineering bachelor degree 2 or 3 years minimum experience in maintenance Experience in manufacturing environment Computing knowledge, MS Office Excel – Intermediate SAP – Intermediate Experience in problem‑solving methodology Demonstrate open and structured communication style (spoken and written) Nice to Have Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing (plastics industry preferred) At least 1 year of experience in administrative roles Six Sigma and continuous improvement certification is desirable Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service Knowledge of industrial facilities and facility services Proficiency in computer systems and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Windows) Continuous improvement mindset Strong teamwork and collaboration skills Good analytical skills Experience in managing external personnel High level of integrity Persistent and resilient, able to handle challenging situations Benefits Enhanced paid leave options (Family Care Leave) Life and disability insurance (Insurances) Headspace App and wellbeing initiatives (Wellbeing) Generous colleague discount (Colleague Discount) Bonus scheme for goal achievement (Bonus) Workplace confirmation upon join (Your workplace) Equal Opportunity We strive to create a diverse, dynamic and inclusive culture of play at the LEGO Group, where everyone feels safe, valued and belongs.
