About the role Business Development at Revolut drives growth by expanding reach and unlocking new revenue streams. They forge strategic partnerships, identify untapped markets, and turn ambitious ideas into actionable plans. Working closely across teams and industries, they lead deals that open doors and create lasting impact. We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of identifying, negotiating, closing, and managing strategic partnerships across verticals like financial infrastructure, loyalty, sponsorships, and new product launches. What you’ll be doing Leading the development and execution of Revolut’s partnership strategy across priority products and verticals Owning strategic partnerships across priority verticals, including lending and loyalty features Driving new business opportunities and expanding into new business segments Building and presenting business cases to senior leadership to secure buy-in for new initiatives Leading negotiations and structuring commercial agreements that deliver measurable ROI Collaborating with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Data teams to scope and launch scalable co‑marketing, API integrations, or white‑label solutions Working closely with various teams to build long‑term strategic alliances, including with ecosystem players, industry associations, events, tech platforms, and referral partners Running multiple work streams simultaneously across different verticals, with full ownership of timelines, stakeholder alignment, and delivery What you’ll need 3+ years of experience in relevant industries, preferably within financial services, such as payment networks, fintech, or traditional banking Expertise in partnerships, business development, or relationship management roles Exceptional relationship‑building and negotiation skills across seniority levels To be highly driven, collaborative, and results‑oriented Fluency in English and Spanish with outstanding communication and presentation skills To be comfortable building business cases from scratch, including modelling unit economics, sizing a market, and defending your assumptions Experience in high‑growth or early‑stage environments where you've applied solid decision‑making in ambiguous situations Nice to have Familiarity with \"meses sin intereses\" products Knowledge of installment payments infrastructure Get what you need to succeed Financial benefits that show we value your work Flexibility to work from home, the office, or abroad A Revolut Metal subscription loaded with perks Exciting events year‑round so you can get to know your team #J-18808-Ljbffr
