Location Polanco - Ciudad de Mexico - Mexico Overview Senior Facilities Manager at CBRE. Responsibilities Support the selection and hiring processes for new employees who will join your team. Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities; establish work schedules, assign tasks, and train staff. Coordinate, supervise, and/or manage repair and maintenance tasks performed by technicians, vendors, and contractors (hard and soft services). Plan and manage the budget. Prepare and manage large‑scale capital projects, operating budgets, and variance reports. Conduct quality control inspections of facilities per local, state, and federal regulations. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and vendors. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in Facilities Management. Advanced English. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Strong leadership and team‑management skills. Good communication skills; knowledge of finance and safety. Additional Requirements Proactive individual focused on customer service excellence.
