Job Summary The Manufacturing Engineering intern will provide support in the management and control of safety, occupational health, and environmental documentation in the manufacturing areas. They will be responsible for updating procedures, forms, and records, as well as providing support in audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement activities, contributing to compliance with corporate standards and regulations. Education & Experience Industrial Engineering student, or related field (5th semester or higher) Basic knowledge of industrial safety Technical writing and document organization skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Attention to detail and confidentiality Responsibilities Document Management and Control Develop, update, and format safety procedures, work instructions, and inspection forms. Maintain version control and safeguard documents according to internal guidelines. Support the standardization of EHS forms used in the plant. Risk Identification and Documentation Support Participate in the development and updating of: Risk Analysis JSA/ATS (Job Safety Analysis) Hazard and Risk Matrices Documentation found during safety walkthroughs on the production floor. Regulatory Compliance and Audit Support Assist in gathering documentary evidence for internal and external audits. Verify that training, inspection, and maintenance records are complete and up-to-date. Collaborate in the preparation of legal and corporate compliance folders. Skills / Ability (Generic High Level) Attention to detail, organization, effective communication, technical writing, proactivity, teamwork, analytical thinking, responsibility, and adaptability.
