Job Description The Product Industrialization Technician is responsible for supporting activities related to new product launches and engineering changes, providing technical support to ensure successful implementation of new processes and equipment. This role focuses on the development of first samples, validation of machines and processes, and supporting production readiness for new products while ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards. Responsibilities Collaborate in the design, development, and validation of new processes, tools, fixtures, and poka-yokes Follow up on the manufacturing of fittings for new models Support the definition of component requirements for new product development Collaborate in PRC development, confirming process-related items Perform tests to improve processes and reduce waste and rework Support continuous improvement initiatives in new projects Perform pre-evaluations of equipment to ensure smooth production start-up Develop CNC fittings for new models Execute testing of new machines and processes Support development of new products in production lines (Brazer, Forming, CNC, Final Assembly) Confirm machine setups for new processes Ensure application of 5S in work areas and maintain order and cleanliness Ensure compliance with ISO 14001 environmental requirements Follow safety procedures and use proper PPE Support emergency response activities and safety system compliance Qualifications Technical degree in CNC, Mechanical, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the automotive industry Experience in metal forming processes (pressing, cutting, welding, tube bending) Knowledge of CNC development and machining Experience in process evaluation (pressures, setups, tooling changes) Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes Basic knowledge of time and motion studies Ability to interpret technical drawings Advanced knowledge of 5S methodology Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to plan and organize activities Experience reporting and tracking activities Teamwork and collaboration mindset Results-oriented approach Effective communication skills High sense of responsibility and ownership #J-18808-Ljbffr
