Role Purpose The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing the digital strategy across the brand and property, ensuring a refined, cohesive, and high‑performing online presence. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Brand Positioning Lead and oversee digital marketing initiatives including brand websites, paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, and social media. Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect the brand’s luxury positioning, visual identity, and storytelling. Collaborate with Revenue, Sales, PR, Operations, Spa, Wellness, F&B, and Brand teams to ensure alignment and commercial impact. Website Optimization & Guest Journey Continuously optimize website content, user experience, and performance to enhance conversion. Ensure all guest‑facing information (offers, experiences, dining, spa, seasonal activations) is accurate and up to date. Identify opportunities to improve the booking journey and increase direct revenue contribution. Performance Marketing & Analytics Oversee and evaluate performance of digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, retargeting platforms, and other channels. Monitor traffic, booking trends, and conversion metrics using analytics tools and dashboards. Generate actionable insights to drive continuous optimization and ROI improvement. Collaborate with external agencies to ensure strong campaign performance and strategic alignment. Content & Digital Assets Coordinate photo and video productions for rooms, villas, F&B, wellness, spa, weddings, and brand experiences. Ensure all visual content aligns with luxury standards and brand storytelling. Manage digital asset libraries and distribution platforms (e.g., OTA channels, Ice Portal). Support the creation of emotionally compelling digital narratives. Innovation & Market Awareness Stay ahead of trends in luxury hospitality, wellness, travel, and digital marketing. Monitor competitive positioning and identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation. Budget & Performance Management Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring strategic allocation and strong return on investment. Evaluate performance based on KPIs such as traffic growth, conversion rate, ROAS, and revenue contribution. Critical Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality, boutique hotels, wellness, or lifestyle brands. Strong expertise in paid media, SEO/SEM, CRM, email marketing, CMS, and digital ecosystems. Advanced analytical capabilities with experience using Google Analytics and reporting tools. Experience managing agencies and cross‑functional stakeholders. Strong visual sensitivity and understanding of luxury brand identity. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Fluency in English and Spanish required.
