Mgr, Recruitment This role will work onsite in Mexico City. Position Summary This role supports Private Destinations in Mexico recruitment operations and talent acquisition team. The manager supports the Director of Talent Acquisition on process enhancement, performance management, and project delivery. The manager leads the performance management of recruiting professionals supporting aligned functional areas to ensure operational objectives are achieved through defined processes. The manager is responsible for providing monthly reporting & analytics on shipboard recruitment, compliance, and strategic plans for continuous improvement. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Monitors recruitment efforts and action plans to ensure that all recruitment processes are done in an effective and timely manner to address all staffing requirements for Private Destinations in Mexico. Ensures appropriate measures are in place to promote and administer effective and efficient recruitment methods to maximize productivity and output of the recruitment team. Reviews process implementations and comes up with recommendations for continuous improvement. Monitors and addresses performance of the recruitment team to meet KPI and metrics, provides recommendations as appropriate. Partners with HRIS, Talent Operations, and People Analytics in developing reports to effectively measure recruitment activity metrics. Works directly with the Talent Programming team to ensure recruitment programs and sourcing strategies are in place to support ongoing hiring needs for the company. Assists Talent Programming team and operations with workforce planning and diversity recruitment planning. Influences partners and peers through positive relationships, credibility, and recruitment expertise. Ensures that recruiting and employment practices are followed. Exercises judgement and mentors team members to troubleshoot & resolve issues as they arise. Utilizes data to measure resource efficiency. Manages analytics for Private Destinations Mexico recruitment on time and accurately to enable data driven decisions for requisition allocation and fulfillment; performs variance analyses as needed and evaluates recruitment performance vs plan, forecast, and prior year. Monitors gap pool status through various dashboards and external factors that may impact talent supply and recruitment strategies. Provides fact‑based recommendations to improve recruitment performance, operational efficiency, and marketing effectiveness. Acts as liaison, coordinating with internal onboarding, scheduling and IT teams to support day‑to‑day operational needs and seek process enhancement when possible. Provides training and refresher training to recruitment team and operations. Partners with talent marketing team to provide feedback and recommendations on recruitment marketing activities. Supports recruitment efforts and conducts interviews for specialty and management roles. Administers audit to ensure compliance. Responsible for training, performance management, and record management. Performs any other job‑related duties assigned by the supervisor or management. Partners with Director of Talent Acquisition to review and manage TA budget items. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent. Minimum 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years of management experience. Minimum 2 years of related business intelligence experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years of working experience in international hospitality and/or travel industry. Must be able to speak, read, and write English fluently. Working knowledge of computers, Internet, and ability to navigate within a variety of Microsoft software packages such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of automated human resources systems preferred, including JD Edwards. Knowledge of shipboard organization preferred. Knowledge of world geography, time differences, and demographics. Strong Excel skills required; ability to analyze large datasets and report relevant findings. High attention to details. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to solve complex problems with a variety of variables. Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those requirements employees must meet to perform the essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation. Regularly required to sit, stand, write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a PC, communicate, listen, and assess information. May move around the office complex, may travel to other office locations, and may lift, push, pull or move 10‑15 pounds. Occasionally required to walk to the dock, ascend and descend the vessel. This position may regularly travel domestically or internationally. Visual requirements include distant, close and color vision, and ability to adjust focus. Work environment includes work inside/outside the office, travel to other offices, possibly travel domestically and internationally, and work in shipboard functions. A high noise level is possible if visiting shipboard or offsite locations.
